About the Role
We are seeking a deeply analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to uncover hidden patterns and drive data-informed decisions for our AI initiatives. You will work extensively with complex datasets, turning raw information into actionable business intelligence.
By defining metrics, building comprehensive dashboards, and communicating insights across teams, you will play a critical role in evaluating the performance and business impact of our machine learning models and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to drive product and business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data to optimize AI model performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish data collection requirements.
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders to guide strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large relational databases.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell stories with data.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working alongside AI/ML teams and evaluating model outputs.
- Knowledge of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
