About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the performance of deployed ML systems.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to practical industry problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Solid understanding of NLP, neural networks, and generative AI concepts.
- Experience with ML deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid mathematical foundation in statistics and linear algebra.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
